My next venture is a cookbook because when life hands you vension, you make venison burgers. Yes, I married a hunter, and as a result have about 100 pounds of meat in my freezer at all times. So I've been learning how to make delicious, gourmet meals. My plan is to launch a web site to show case the recipes, and as soon as I have enough, I'll write a cook book. Stay tuned!
